Here we go. A new thread for a new beginning. 2024 was a year of ups and downs, not a bad and not a good one.
Looking forward to 2025. Hope you do, too.
I set my target list for January.
January Targets:
[activity]
- 10k steps or 100% on my watch.
[workout]
- Yoga
[ sleep]
- 6 hours
[ hobbies]
- get in some none digital me time
[ nutrition]
- a good breakfast, no sweets, no alcohol
