Please guys what does 10 count hold means. Is it a different exercise or has to be done together with the Leg Raises?

Solution
10-count hold means that you count from 1 to 10 while holding the stressed position. It's pretty much an imprecise way of holding the position for 10 seconds since you're counting them, so you might count faster or slower, allowing you to make it harder or easier according to your needs.

It is also a different exercise that has to be done after the Leg Raises.
