Has anyone evaluated the pros/cons of incorporating (multi day) autophagy as part of the steps to age younger?

If so, for how long and could/should a regular exercises routine be continued?

@Kens the only proven way to trigger autophagy in the body is to stress it so it goes into survival mode. That requires fasting (as a reliable, safe method). Training in a fasted state or during fasting is a "depends" situation. It depends on who you are, why you're training and how long and how hard you actually train for.
