Hello my lovely bees! So I came across...


This video today! And it looks fun and interesting. I admit though, some of these might not be uh, grand for people with shoulder weakness like me, but... I wonder - Have any of you guys done something like this? If so, how did you do? Did you enjoy it? Any tips?

Ngl I kinda wanna get into this not just because of working out but lbr some of this stuff just looks like what Inosuke'd do in Demon Slayer lmao

@f1shtacular one of my Yoga teachers taught us the Dragon flow sequence, said to be inspired by Tai Chi Chuan but was basically Asana. It was repeated for an hour with the last 20 mins holding the poses for a time but not long . . .
