Hi,

I used to train with some darebee's programs few years ago, before getting into different other sports, occupations and a lot of work.

Currently, I get back to my fitness journey with the Gauntlet program which is mainly operated with kettlebell exercises. I'm on the day 29 and I want to continue further.

As the kettlebell weight of my gym ends at 20kg, I already started to use dumbells 25kg for bend side or single leg deadlift to challenge me more. I would like to do the same program a second time and hope that you could help me to manage some improvements / modifications to increase the results.
