Beginner Questions

So, I know there are beginner workouts, but I have a roommate (and I mean same room roommate), and I'm a little embarrassed to do these in front of them. Not to mention my room is on the second floor, so I'm nervous about anything that could disturb my downstairs neighbors. Any suggestions for a program or challenge I could start with?

In the Collections section there are several interesting options.
The best choice are the 30-day programs because they are already a well-structured complete training program, if you really don't know where to start you can start with Foundation or Foundation Light which are Darebee's basic programs where there is everything you need to start training.

I don’t know where you live but I love Vita courses at the park or at the library you can reserve a private room
