I hadn't had sprouts like alfalfa or broccoli for ages so today bought them and on 100% whole grain bread added Vegan turky deli slices, Havarti cheese and mayo. I remember living on the West Coast all sandwich shops piled on the alfalfa sprouts. I was reading that broccoli sprouts are really good added to a salad.
