That link is clear but here it doesn't say... it can be 30 seconds or 2 minutes.

My sample, it's from the manual, and you are right, that the description is not crystal clear, but every workout which has a classic pattern (sets of one exercise instead of a cycle) has a "up to 2 minute rest between the exercises", even if it doesn't say it. You will find a lot of these workouts where it doesn't say, how long the rest time is. And for everyone the answer is "up to 2 minutes".

Would it be better, to change every single one? Maybe ... But I guess, we will get more out of this site, if the limited timeof the staff is spend to create new workouts, programs, guides etc.

Eventually the manual should get a better wording, cause users can get confused or unsure how to do it.

Please consider my answer to be given in any other "applying" thread.

In a old thread Damer stated that https://darebee.com/workouts/superhero-strength-plus-workout.html and https://darebee.com/workouts/superhero-strength-workout.html have 30 seconds between rest. Was he kidding on some serious WO?

It is not hard to find workouts that have "a classic pattern (sets of one exercise instead of a cycle)" and specify 30 seconds: https://darebee.com/workouts/back-and-biceps-workout.html#sets https://darebee.com/workouts/large-chest-workout.html#timer.

When it's specified, then it is different, but when not, you can choose the rest time. Don't take it all to serious. In the end it matters, that you do the exercises, and no one will haunt you if do it in a different way.

Have fun, challenge yourself and listen to your body, it has the best answer on how long you should rest.

Sure but I'd like to know how the WO was meant to be.

Are you saying that superhero strength WOs have up to 2 minutes too?
