Choosing next programs after Hard Reset Cardio/Strength
Hello all, I would like to know what program or combination of programs I could start now.
FYI while in general good health and shape, mainly because of healthy nutrition and cycling, I'm a beginner in these fitness programs.
I'm 41 year old male 185cm 90kg in normal shape with like 5 extra "useless" kilos.
My main objectives are health, strength and endurance.
I did first for one month the Momentum program. I really liked it especially the extra focus on abs & core.
After I did for one month both the Hard Reset Cardio and Hard Reset Strength. I liked it also but maybe I need more exercises for abs & core.
Did all of this at level 1.
I'm wondering what should I do now.
I could just start again the Hard Reset pair with one add-on like Back and core ?
And increase the weights: 8kg dumbbells instead of 6kg, maybe also increase the level to level 2.
Or I could choose some programs classified as "Hard" to increase difficulty (and try a different program)?
For example Total Body Strength Plus that says it's suitable for beginner while being "Hard", and also uses dumbbells which I want to use.
For the cardio part I could do Total Burn maybe to try something new. And add that Back and core program for abs.
What would you advice?
Thx!
