Cost for various donation options
I've been donating a little for a while now, and noticed the current low funding banner, so I am planning to raise my donation a bit.
However, I see you support paypal, bank transfers and donationbox now, all of which are valid options for me. However, it would be helpful to know a bit about the underlying costs to the payment provider, so that (if there are significant differences), I can choose the one that is the cheapest for Darebee (and maybe consider donating tri-monthly instead of monthly if there are per-transfer fixed costs). Or maybe you have a preference wrt adminstrative complexity or some other reason?
Also: is there any indication of the total running costs? The donation page only talks about current donations in percentages, but having an idea of the absolute magnitude would help me consider the size of my donation.
