Dashboard Updated | A Few New Features No one asked for

We went back into My DAREBEE dashboard and rearranged the furniture. Here's what's new:

Exercise of the Day cards now have names. Instead of a mysterious "August 21, 2026" you'll see "5+ Diver Push-Ups" - on the dashboard, in Today's Activity, everywhere. The date is still there, just smaller, where dates belong.

The Exercise of the Day has its own streak now, right in its dashboard section - the same one you see on the daily pages, with its own restore option if life got in the way.

Settings and Backup & Restore are actual buttons at the bottom of the page instead of a pile of switches sprawled across it. Everything you could toggle before is still there, just tucked away until you need it.

You can switch the dashboard to tabs. If scrolling past your workouts to reach your programs was getting old, Settings has a new Layout option that gives each section its own tab. One Page remains the default, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

Today's Activity shows your latest activity first and paginates when you've had a particularly heroic day.

As always, everything stays on your device and your existing tracking carries over untouched.

We'd love it if you took the new dashboard for a spin - the tabs, the streaks, the buttons, all of it. And if something looks off or doesn't behave, would you tell us below? What you clicked, what happened, and what device you're on helps us fix it fast. We tested everything thoroughly, but you lot have a gift for finding the one thing we didn't - and honestly, we're counting on it.

:thankyou: :thankyou: :thankyou:

About the view-only dashboard share link - we looked into it properly, and we're shelving it for now. Here's the thinking:

Your dashboard lives entirely in your browser. That's the whole point of it - nothing you track ever touches our server. A shareable link would break that for the first time: to give someone a link to your dashboard, a copy of your data has to be uploaded and stored somewhere. Even as an opt-in, that quietly crosses a line we've been careful to keep, and your tracking can contain more personal things than you'd think (custom entries, for one).

There's also a practical problem. A well-used dashboard is thousands of items - too much to squeeze into a link, and a frozen snapshot goes stale the moment you finish tomorrow's workout. Keeping shared links live would mean syncing, and syncing means accounts, and that's a road we're not taking.

So for now: a screenshot does the job better than anything we could build - it's instant, it shows exactly what you want to show, and it shares nothing else.

We may revisit a lighter version someday - a small share card with your streak and totals rather than the whole dashboard. If that sounds like something you'd actually use, we'd love to hear it.

I've also been thinking about warmups for a while, I came up with two ideas 🤷‍♀️
1. Adding a direct link to the warmup (and/or cooldown) collection, with an opt-in
2. Adding a section where people can add a small number of direct links of their own choosing

Or maybe someone has a better idea?

The Bookmark's page does that so it would probably be more confusing :ss: probably.
