Fit December 2026 Is Here - Now With Sundays Off
Fit December got its yearly makeover and the 2026 version is live: Fit December
What's new this year:
Hall passes are back with 10 fresh ones for everyone. This year each pass costs 50 skiers. They're harder than they look. We tested. We regret nothing. Mostly.
Did Fit December last year? It's the same program page so your finished run stays on your dashboard and this year simply counts as a new pass.

What's new this year:
- The first three Sundays are now stretching and mobility days. We heard you like Sundays.
- New moves joined the party: clamshells, heel taps, bird dogs, scorpion twists, step Ts and a superman hold.
- Christmas Eve is down to 3 rounds. Christmas Day, the day after and New Year's Eve stay light too. We are not monsters.
- No jumps or hops anywhere. Last year's Christmas Eve hop day has been retired with honors.
- Every day now comes with a full description plus Make it Harder and Make it Easier options.
