Hi

(Sorry in avance, i'm french 😁)

I have a baby in october and I want to restart training with foundation, but I would prefer not to do exercice with jump for the moment in order to prevent périneum injuries. How can I change exercices like jumping jack or jump ?

Thank you

Hello there, bonjour! Step jacks, and replace jumps with steps, can be a god way - I did that when my knee was giving me too much issue. Same number, ot increase a bit the numbers if you want to keep the cardio (I'd do roughlyt 15 step jacks for 10 jumping jacks, for example).
There has been several mommies here , I hope they can give you input on post-partum exercise!

Et ne t'en fait pas, il y a aussi plusieurs Français et francophones ici ;)

Happy exercise!

Congrats on your new born baby! I hope you both are in good health!

you can replace your jumps with lounges or squats which are less shaky and can be preformed with slower motion.

I hope this helps!
