Good Jumping Jack Alternative for Busty People?

(Today on "an embarrassing question someone had to ask")

Question is in the title: I know one answer is probably "just get a tighter sports bra" but I have hormonal problems that make my chest tender a lot of the time. What exercises work well as a substitute when you just can't bind yourself tight enough for jumping jacks?
