I'm getting back to exercise and wanted to give a chance to the Hard Reset programs. The description for both of them has the following instruction:

Now, my question is about the meaning of should in this context. Should I do them on that order (Cardio first, Strength second)? Is there any benefits to it (or downsides of doing them the other way around)?On Day 1, for example, you should complete Hard Reset Cardio Day 1 in the morning and then Hard Reset Strength Day 1 in the evening.
