Hard Reset question

I'm getting back to exercise and wanted to give a chance to the Hard Reset programs. The description for both of them has the following instruction:
On Day 1, for example, you should complete Hard Reset Cardio Day 1 in the morning and then Hard Reset Strength Day 1 in the evening.
Now, my question is about the meaning of should in this context. Should I do them on that order (Cardio first, Strength second)? Is there any benefits to it (or downsides of doing them the other way around)?
