Healthy Daily Meal Replacement Recipes

I don't intend to replace my supper with shakes, but there are a lot of things I feel I should be getting every day that I just am not. I get olive oil almost every day from supper. However, I would like my first meal of the day (which is around lunchtime) to have all the stuff I might not be getting since I don't snack. I made the following little formula and was wondering if the ratios are wildly off or if there is something missing. "60g berries + Fresh Squeezed Citrus + 20g fresh herb + 1 Fruit + 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds + 30g nuts + 1/4 Tumeric + 2 Tbsp Cottage Cheese + Milk to cover" So one day could have strawberries, lime, mint, apple and pistachios, another could have blueberries, Banana, orange, basil, cashews. Does this sound right? I am very new to this and all the lists I find differ wildly. Like a lot of them don't have any healthy fats and some have no protein sources, while others on the list do.
