Help needed putting together a program

So I am overweight (240 lbs, 5'2") and I really wish to change things. Everyone is saying over 40 women better do weight training. So the only thing I have is a make shift kettlebell out of a gallon jug. So I decided I will do K-sculpt starting with level 1. I also saved daily yoga because I am too stiff.

Can someone help me how many days should I do K-sculpt? And should I keep daily yoga to rest days or everyday is fine.

Do I need any cardio in addition to K-sculpt and daily yoga? If I must I would love to hear your suggestions (no equipment and no jumping).

TIA

The Programs are very useful in giving you a structure to follow without having to plan or think much about it.
If you start with the light ones, probably more than one at once if you can handle a kettlebell, you can get in the habit of just doing things everyday.
They are designed so you can go everyday without overdoing any one body part.
As they get easier you can just add new ones.

But the structure they give us makes sticking to it so much easier. Plus the clear goals of completing programs and the clear little victories are invaluable mentally on the larger fitness story arc.
