HELP REQUEST
Hello all!
I would like to make two groups of lists that allow me to workout in two different environments:
1. At home or gym with basic equipment (bench, mat, DBs, BBs etc).
2. Away from home (calisthenics mostly).
I intend to apply a double PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) approach, either with a day of rest on every 4th day, or having a fixed day of rest (every Sunday) as it works better with scheduling / organization of myself.
The main reason for needing the two lists is "life happens" and I need to remain flexible and substitute between the two lists.
Being aware of the following pages (URL: https://darebee.com/modifications.html) and (URL: https://darebee.com/video.html#sort=name&sortdir=asc), I would like to know how to search for exercises e.g.
EXAMPLE 1. "...that target the mid-abs, upper-abs, lower abs, lateral (oblique?) abs or lower back, with or without the aid of free weights / DBs"
EXAMPLE 2. "...corrective exercises for shoulder stability (overhead and / or rear position mostly), again with or without the aid of free weights / DBs"
Finally, I would like to ask anyone that read all of this, to kindly consider the following question, and if possible write me an answer:
Assuming the following two conditions, please make any / all suggestions:
1. You wanted to help someone change their mindset from prioritizing "seeking comfort", to prioritizing "embracing the suck", in what way could you empower that person?
2. The person mentioned above, is nearly immune to psychological manipulation.
Would it be mental motivation in the form of a conviction / belief / question / responsibility / inspiration, other?
Would it be one or more physical tasks that might allow the person to transform their mindset?
Something else?
Thank you! to each and everyone of the members that read this message, regardless of whether they are able to help answer my questions. Your time, effort to understand and intention to help, is appreciated!
Filippos
PS1: UPDATE... Looking around, I found this page (URL: https://darebee.com/collection.html) in which I can access exercises for specific muscle groups / goals which is far more helpful in my opinion, as the other two links don't group exercises in any way, other than their assigned name (and I don't know what exercises is being referred to by each name,... although I suspect that, that is expected somehow of me). Also - and this is not cheap criticism over a high quality and free service provided to me and others - I happen to know exercises by other names (e.g. a "russian twist" or "weighted russian twist" isn't registered.
I can only make a suggestion of grouping exercises in multiple (if possible all) ways allowing for complex searches somehow. E.g. "corrective / isometric / overhead / shoulder or deltoid / exercises" which would then return a list of exercises that fulfill the criteria.
