This is one of the workouts that got its difficulty level changed as a result of the changes to the classification system last year.
Its difficulty level assignment has been switched in the database, and it now shows up as Level 5 on the bar chart at the bottom of the workout. But the text beneath that still refers to the workout's originally assigned Level 3 difficulty rating.
