how do you count sets in workouts that say "4 sets"?

e.g. iron legs challenge https://darebee.com/challenges/iron-legs-challenge.html
when you record your number of sets do you just ignore the "4 sets" note , or do you count 4 sets as "1 set" ?

Clearer phrasing: A day's instruction says the exercise is satisfied when 3 sets have been made. Therefore, when you have done these 3 sets of that exercise of day, what do you mark below, in "sets" next to the timer? "3" ? Or "1" as it is "1 times the task"?

All the exercises in a square are a part of 1 set.
Example:
Day 1 - 10 lunges + 10 calf raises = 1 set.
Day 7 - 30 sec calf raise hold = 1 set.
The question is about sets given as part of the exercise (in this case 3). The square basically says the exercise is satisfied when 3 sets have been made. Therefore, when you have done 3 sets of , say, day 1, what do you mark below, in "sets" next to the timer?

The marker next to the timer is just a tool, it always shows the max amount of reps that are present, the later weeks call for 4 sets, that's why there are 4 markers. Follow the instructions in the square ☺️
The marker is just for those of us (definitely me) that can't count 😅 itis not saved and has no meaning besides helping you remember which set you're on
