How heavy should I max out at. Size

Basically the title. My whole gym career I've focused on building muscle primarily, but also having the strength to go with it. Now that I am getting further in my journey and hit some pretty high numbers I no longer feel the need to go heavy. I don't want to go to light though.

My pr is 405bp, 680 Deadlift, 585 squat, 225 Military press, 365 bent rows

With this is mind what would be a good range of weight to continuing building muscle but not going to heavy... just to avoid ANY chance of an injury that would effect how long I could be in the gym.
