Hi other DareBee users! Just trying to connect with some folks for encouragement. I just keep stopping and starting so my big goal right now is to build some consistency.

My plan is to do Push Pull Legs on MWF (either A or B, and I'll probably use a suspension trainer, resistance bands, and bodyweight instead of dumbbells) and then two sweaty cardio sessions (not quite HIIT, I'm pretty out of shape) and then at least two sessions of fun movement. We'll see where that takes me.

In other news, I thought CutePDF used to let you print booklets. I tried this weekend with PPL and a couple of cardio sessions and I couldn't find the setting.
