I can't seem to find or decide any program or workout that helps in height gain, if anyone knows what can I use, it'll be really helpful.

Hey there.

I've never heard of a program or exercise increasing your height. I also don't know how old you are, if you've gone through puberty etc...

I'm about 165cm and I used to be very dissatisfied with being short. Once I got stronger and put on some muscle, I stopped caring - developing what I've got rather than pining for what will never be was a better strategy.

As far as I know, the only way to gain height through workouts is by fixing your posture. Your height is mostly tied to your genetics, and I might be wrong (fact check me on this, please), but height finishes developing at 21 years old for those assigned male at birth, and 18 years old for those assigned female at birth. Fixing your posture can earn you a couple of inches, but that's it.
