hello, I´d like to know which training session you´d recommend to me. I´d like to improve my running times. my time is 5:20 at 10 km. thanks

DAREBEE currently has 8 Programs with a focus on running. It's impossible to predict which one would be best for you without more information. But give them a look and see which one looks best for where you're at currently.

DAREBEE also has a number of running guides, which are not detailed training programs, but do provide a wealth of information that could assist you in better planning your own running training. A few of them speak directly to the topic of research into how to run faster. So you may want to give those a look too.
