I have 100% flat foot so any workout that contains any jumping like for example jumping jacks, so I was asking is there any workout that substitute any jumping?

I hope I understand the question correctly.
Step jumps of every kind is a great substitute for jumping jacks. I am not allowed to do any jumps with my joints so I use those. Plus there is a LIIT program here on darbee. Check that one out it has so many great workouts and it's durance is 30 days.
I have flat feet as well. You can substitute the high impact exercises by doing a low impact version: doing a small hop in place of squat jumps; for booty kicks, just step to the side and kick back with the other foot, high knees - March in place.
