Aaaaa! I had done the same excersice as I did on previous Saturday with the same SETS AND REPS but I AM NOT FEELING THAT PAIN FULL FEELING! THE FEELING OF DOING LEGS AND That's how I learnt I have to increase my every other days sets and reps every week! I cannot be doing be 100 squats on every Saturday! I will increase it! I will Increase it on every Saturday.
