Levels in programs

I'm new here and am very impressed with the site. I'm 66 and haven't exercised for a while so thought I'd start on the Baseline program. I see there are different levels of the program. How do you know when to go up a level, or do you do 30 days on level 1 then 30 days on level 2 etc?

There is no set progression for everyone, everyone has their own pace.
As long as you feel comfortable with a level of difficulty, continue with it, perhaps changing programs and move on to the more challenging ones when you feel up to it.
The really important thing is to incorporate training into your usual life, once that is done you can then play on the goals you want to achieve and that's where the difficulty levels of the programs come in handy.
It's just my opinion and welcome :)

There is a good guide that breaks it all down here: https://darebee.com/manual.html

But the gist of what you're asking is this bit:

Circuit workouts' levels allow you to scale workouts up or down depending on how you feel on that day and how much time you have to work out:
Level I (3 sets) will take ~10 minutes
Level II (5 sets) will take ~15-20 minutes
Level III (7 sets) will take ~25-30 minutes

And of course, welcome :move:
