- ? soy ~not sure where this fits, and i want to do more research
- Try Intermittent Fasting beginning 12 January
- Week 1: 12/12 700-1900
- Week 2: 13/11 730-1830
- Week 3: 14/10 800-1800
- Nutrition Challenges i'm considering
- No Sugar
- No Junk Food
- Only Homemade
- Salad A Day
