Meniscus Surgery

Greetings, what is the best pre-op exercises for meniscus surgery. Respectfully.

Yeah I was going to comment yesterday then I left it there

It really, really makes a difference to have a good physio. Different types of injuries require different rehab programs so it is impossible, even if we were health practitioners, for us to define a program over hte internet
