New: Circuit vs Classic filter for Strength workouts

You can now narrow down Strength workouts by training style. Select Strength in the workout filter and a new Strength Type option appears underneath, with three choices: Show All, Circuit Training, and Classic Training.

Circuit Training - all exercises back to back with no rest in between, resting only after the full circuit before repeating it. Choose circuits when you want conditioning with your strength work - keeping your heart rate up while you build muscle means you're training strength and stamina at the same time. Levels I-III also let you scale a circuit to however much time or energy you've got that day.

Classic Training - all sets for one exercise before moving to the next, with rest between sets. Choose classic when you want focused strength work - resting between sets lets you recover fully and give every rep your best effort, which is better for building strength and muscle definition, and lets you work at your own pace, one exercise at a time.

Not sure which to pick? Start with circuits - most of our Strength workouts are built this way because they deliver the most in the least time. Mix in classic workouts when you want to slow down and concentrate on individual exercises.

As always, the filter works on top of everything else - combine it with focus, difficulty, or equipment to find exactly what you're after.
