Hey @DareBeeTeam,
I see that on Day 6 of the Total Body Strength Plus program, the timer is an every 30 sec timer with no options.
Also, the FarPoint stretching workout that I use for cooldown has 10-count holds on the instructions. However the downloadable version still has 60 sec holds + 30 sec per side holds listed. In other words, it is diff from the NON download version🥴🤔
