I’m at the half way point on my first challenges! Feeling pretty good. I’m doing The Gauntlet because I have a Kettlebell. Also doing Legs Everyday and Better Abs. I want to work on strength and muscle growth, but I don’t have a lot of equipment or space. I’ll look for workouts that use KB’s and resistance bands for next month but I’m happy with my progress for now. Thanks Darebees!
