Plan for a year

Hello,

I'm new here and I am looking for a long term plan.
In about 10 months I will be emigrating and I want to be fitter for my new country.
I am not looking to become super fit or super strong, just to lose weight and better than I am right now.
At the moment I walk about three miles every day, and that is the total of my fitness regime.
Here are my details.

Male, 72 years old.
Height 183cm 6ft.
Weight 91kg 200 pounds

No medical problems

I am thinking about starting the carnivore diet to help me lose weight.
Since I am retired, I have plenty of time for training.

I realise that I should start slowly and then progress through the workouts.

Thank you for any help or recommendations,

These are the two basic programs to learn the Darebee training method but any other program that inspires you is fine as long as it is commensurate with what you are really able to do, it is always better to start slowly.
I recommend you start with the programs because they are already well-structured and progressive workouts, tested for months and that work, you just have to follow them and that's it, everything is very simple.
This is just my opinion, decide as you like and welcome :)
