I'm a lifting newbie currently doing Strength Reset. I've been considering this for my next challenge, but wondering how things went doubling up?

Because this might be my opening strategy. One strength day, one cardio day. Yoga every day.
Wasn't too bad. Really depends on how much time and energy you have.
