Question about Express Tone program

The Express Tone program mention that it includes abs focus but why there is no ab workout day?

@Atdk The Express Tone program exercises recruit ab muscles on most days so you end up doing a lot more abs work than if we were to isolate the muscles group and work it on a single day. I hope this helps you in your choice.
