Hello, My name is Casey. Im hoping to play racquetball again with my dad. Im 40 hes 67. Last time i played was about 2017 and maybe half way through the game my back went out. This has been a problem for me since my early 40s. I have several degenerated disc, a buldged disc and degenrated connection at my hips. I have gotten better, when i have a lower back spasm they tend to hurt less and my back gets better quicker but i have found some effective medicines and exersises that help. I also have a medication that reduces spasms.
My goal is to get quick and athletic enough to play without hurtung myself. I have an idea about what exercises i could do but i dont really have a training plan i can follow.
Would anyone be able to help me with this goal?
