Cooked it
What I changed: For the observant viewer, some kitty feet
Otherwise, chickpeas as the bean, slice of cheese and some chili lime mayo I had left
Verdict: Should've added some more salt and of course the patties fell apart a bit but overall pretty good!
2 more patties in the fridge for tomorrow

I forgot how much I love these! Made them today (no pic though).

Used cooked chickpeas, for seasoning black ground pepper and a mix of dried green herbs. Also used 2 eggs and I blended every ingredient in a mixer, quite finely without making it into a paste/puree (though oats became a powder). I´ve let the mixture sit for 30 minutes before baking. Didn´t do patties, since my countertop oven is small and baking them in multiple rounds would not be efficient or economical. I spread the mixture on the whole tray lined with baking paper and once done, cut it into squares (no crumbling).

I served it with a dressing made of Greek yogurt+salt+nutritional yeast+garlic powder, and some fresh tomatoes and pickled beets.

When I used to do a vegan version, they worked with "flax egg" instead of regular - held together just as nicely. About 2 Tbsp of flax egg (ground flaxseed mixed with water) for 1 normal egg. And I used to do them in an air-fryer, about 20 minutes at 200° C, no oil, no flipping.
