I was up early to volunteer at parkrun. It was the coldest day yet. When the event was over I walked the course, and a little more. At home I felt stiff and tired. I did some stretching that I called yoga and nothing more workout wise.

Tuesday I help my partner with her plant-based eating class. Class day seems to throw off my day. I had time to do my workout in the morning as I usually do. After ariving home after class I lost all energy and did very little the rest of the day.

Tuesday, January 27

- Deadlifts: 12 reps, 3 sets
- Yoga: 10 mins
- Steps: 5,268
