When I had a sever lower back nerve inflammation after covid any kind of yoga was a no no, but could still do my tai chi forms (with care) and eventually get back to weight training (3 months). Yoga took almost a year. I use to do advance yoga and heavy weight training. Take time and work around injuries, some can take a year or more.
