"Doing Daily Exercise + Daily Workout"

Repeat Foundation till always Level 3 or move on?

I recently started using Darebee and settled for the Foundation program which i started on July 1st.
Day 2 was a killer (darn 10 count hold squat), still did the level I 3 sets though.
Today with day 9 i only managed 3 sets again on the cardio because my arms were sore from previous days.
Otherwise, all other days i managed to reach the full amount of sets.

Now to my question, when i finish the 30 days, which i fully intend to do, should i start from the beginning and aim for Level 3 in all days, or move on to something else?
If yes, what? My aim is increasing general fitness and loosing some fat.
Additionally, i do a walk of about 8.3km every day so that i meet my personal goal of at least 10k steps every day.

42 years old
1.85m
93kg weight and too much fat and not enough muscle for my taste.

Current equipment:
a mat and a dumbbell set for up to 2x10kg.

A lot depends on you because if you like the workout you're doing and don't get bored repeating it, you can easily do it again at a higher level and that's fine.
There are many parameters that can be easily modified (number of repetitions and sets, recovery time, etc...) before having to change training to avoid exhausting the growth stimuli.
It's also perfectly fine to change plans if you want to do something different.
In my opinion, the really important thing is to continue training, therefore cultivating the habit and the desire to train regularly. How you achieve this is very personal. :)

I would suggest you repeat Foundation only if you REALLY like Foundation.

The best thing about this site is that you decide the rules. If you want to wait until you can do LVL 3 all days then go for it! If you're like me and prefer variety, do something else for 30 days.

You can use the filter to find other 30 day workout programs that are the same level of difficulty as Foundation, and pick from there.

The second best thing about Darebee is that you only need a mat, or a space with enough room to do the exercises (I've even done regular workouts at my standing desk at work).

Since you have dumbbells, you could check out the workouts that include them, or add them to arm exercises on workouts that don't.

The key here is that you workout in a way that works for you and keeps you going!
