Source for Exercises not in the Workout Manual?

I am just starting out and am the sort of person who spent aerobics in school waving random limbs in confusion, still trying to figure out the move from five moves ago. I have to play the videos of the exercises three or four times before I figure out what I'm supposed to be doing with my body.

Well, I hit day three of the Foundation Light exercise program and I can't figure out what I'm supposed to be doing. I found a video elsewhere of march steps, but the step back + step up has defeated me. The terms are too vague for searches to work, and adding exercise just gets me exercises where you step up on to something, which doesn't appear to be what the drawing is doing.

Does anyone know what step backs and step ups are and where I might find a video of someone doing them?

hi @depizan
it's the same as back leg knee stike:

You don't need to put any power into it, though, unlike with a knee strike. It focuses more on coordination. I hope this helps!

P.S. Foundation & Foundation Light programs are scheduled for recording in the next couple of months so they will both have video how-to's attached in the future.

Thank you!
And I'm glad to hear there will be full recordings soon. Very helpful for those of us who need a little extra help figuring things out.

Really glad to hear that, while i managed to do Foundation with some common sense at times, i do appreciate the VEL getting extended to cover all exercises from Foundation (Light) as those are invaluable especially for new users like me.

By the way, thank you and all the other staff for what they did, it was a gamechanger for me.
