Same feeling of distraction in the morning and really feeling stressed with family and organizing things for the holidays. Sucks that this is an obstacle that is kinda of messing with my standard days but we trudge forward. Completed my workout at night with I had whatever is leftover in my tank.

Today was was upperbody, same feeling of fatigued shoulders and tight neck. During the rest I moved my neck and rolled my shoulders to loosen. Last set I tried to play around with engaging my pectorals to see if I can get more oomph in the movement, seems to be something that might work. Other than that it was fairly simple and really manageable during such a busy time of the year.
