After the leg day and the succession Charlie horses I ended up falling off the little streak I had. Was a bit disappointed in myself to be honest, but in reflection I believe this was a good point to take a small break and instead of letting this "streak" dictate my ability to self-care I've been able to sit with those feelings and try again. This time around I did some hamstring stretches provided by the site to give me some assurance of a better leg day and aftermath. Also, that little break allowed me to reset my "clock" and now I'm aiming to make this a morning thing and not a last minute in the night scenario.
Today's session was from bottom to top, fairly light and no real concerns from my hamstrings as I stretched them out prior. I liked the forward bends the most and did my best to engage my chest with the expansions.
