Hello,
I would like to exercite by The Mammoth,but I am not sure how to exercise correctly.
I started with 5 sets of reverse lunges and continued with 5 sets of calf raises.Next exercise which I exercised was biceps curl and shoulder press.I finished with lateral raises and upright rows.
So what is correct way?
I have idea for you.Sometimes it is hard to know how to exercise so is it possible to put order to the exercises?

However, the sequence you followed is the correct one :)
