The newly released workout “Nyad “

I just found it on Darebee workout lists. At the very first thing came up to my head was swimming. Because I thought its name sounds like a famous movie Nyad.

So I wonder whether it’s for swimming specifically or not lol

@Bruce Kim hi, yes, that is correct. The workout was inspired by the movie and it is indeed geared towards swimmers - and surfers. I hope this helps
