Totally new

Hello,
So I’m currently on diet to lose weight in a healthy way after trying every unhealthy way found on earth, and finally trying to understand exercising by myself.
I’m following calorie deficit and my goal now is to increase my core strength as building muscles is a bit difficult and will make it the following goal.
My question now, is this program a good one to follow as for my goal? (and if there is a better one please enlighten me, I’m not beggner as I followed some months pillates programs), and how do I know best warmups and stretching for every day I exercise?
Sorry for long and bit stupid questions haha but I need some guidance other than AI while having no one in real life to guide me too.
All thanks to anyone replying to help🙏🏼

I'm currently doing the momentum program and I find it really nice. I have a different goal than you (mine is trying to exercise at least a few times every week) so I'm not sure if the program matches your goal, but I found the power up program (I only finished half of it though) good for building strength. There's also the filter button on the programs for strength programs. I heard that HIIT is good for losing weight but that might not be accurate. I would look at the guides that darebee has on finding the right program for you: https://darebee.com/pick-a-program.html

I would also recommend to choose one goal at a time! I know that many goals are hard to keep track of, which might be overwhelming. I hope that helps!
