Training Plans vs Programs & Challenges

Hello! I'm returning to the community and am going to be on Day 29 of Zero Hero v2.0 as of tomorrow but I had a question regarding the Training Plans. My question is, how does choosing one of those differ from something like, say, a Program or Challenge?

They don't have a duration listed (such as do this for 30 days and you'll be a gladiator) so is it like ... 1 week of Gladiator, then 1 week of Valkyrie? Just trying to get a sense of how they're different is all. Thanks in advance.

The main difference between a training plan and a program is that the program is already a well-structured, progressive workout that works because it has been tested for months before being released. The effectiveness of the training plan depends a lot on your ability to choose the individual workouts that compose it and then dose the progression.
A challenge is an extra workout rather than a full workout, it depends a lot on the challenges but they generally work well as an add-on to a main workout.
This is just my opinion ;)
