Unable to log in or reset password

ETA: I have tried to reset my password, but the reset emails never arrive (yes, I checked spam. It's Gmail and Apply. No blockers.)

Problem: I have created three accounts using three different email addresses and each time, I am unable to log in (says the account was blocked or not verified).

Is there anyone who can assist so I can login?
