Unable to reset password

I got logged out of my darebee account, and the password wouldn't work. When I click forgot password, it says it sent me an email, but I never receive it. Is there anyway to fix this?

...Your server must be bouncing our emails. DM me with a temporary password and we'll reset it for you!
