Which training program to select as a Beginner?

"Beginner in Body-Building"
Hello, I am new into the body-building. There're multiple programs available on the website so I am quite confused which program is the best fit for me to start with?

My Requirements:
> Wants to build muscle and get tone shape.
> Wants to increase weight.
> Reduce fat around tummy and belly.

Body Measurements:
> Weight: 63 KG
> Height: 5.15 foot
> Body type: Fatty body

Can anyone here help me out to select a program that can help me?

Start with the Fitness Test to get an idea of your current fitness level.
For what you want to do strength training is what you are looking for, the two possible types of training are with weights or without.
Bodyweight Training Vs Equipment
There are also several Guides that can help you clarify things.
Once you've decided whether you want to train with or without weights then it's easy to make a selection of programs to choose from :)
